A Charming and gentle region, full of arts and scenery. Negros Island Region (region 18), is an interesting region because it is comprised of only two provinces separated by a mountain range. Perhaps this is what makes the area so unique, you can be in the mountain one minute, then be at the either coast line the next. A low cost of living, beautiful landscape, and friendly people, make this region an outstanding place where many choose to retire.
